1. Service Description

Music Cloud is a music discovery and sharing platform where users can recommend songs, like their favorites, and watch music “float” based on popularity.

2. User Accounts

You can use basic features without an account. Creating an account through Google or Apple sign-in unlocks additional features including more daily recommendations and Super Likes.

3. Usage Guidelines

By using Music Cloud, you agree to:

  • Not abuse or manipulate the recommendation system
  • Not use automated tools or bots
  • Not violate any applicable laws
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Report inappropriate content when encountered

4. Super Likes and Payments

4.1 Purchases

Super Likes are virtual items that allow you to give multiple likes to a song. All purchases are processed through Toss Payments.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase
  • Only unused Super Likes are eligible for refund
  • Processing may take 3-5 business days

5. Content and Copyright

Music Cloud displays music information from Apple Music. All music content, including song titles, artist names, and album artwork, are property of their respective owners.

We do not host any music files. Playback is provided through Apple Music's official API.

6. Content Reporting

Users may report inappropriate or infringing content. Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

Music Cloud is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
